Stakly is an AI-powered application builder that enables users to create web applications using natural language prompts. The Service includes:

• AI-powered code generation
• Real-time preview of generated applications
• Project management and storage
• Export capabilities to various platforms
• Collaboration features (in applicable plans)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

Stakly offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 5,000 tokens per month
• Pro Plan ($20/month): 75,000 tokens per month
• Enterprise Plan ($50/month): 300,000 tokens per month

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

4.3 Token Usage

Tokens are consumed when generating code. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period. Token consumption varies based on the complexity of generated applications.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the code and applications you create using Stakly. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

5.2 Generated Code

Code generated by Stakly's AI is provided to you under a permissive license. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated code for any purpose, including commercial use.

5.3 Stakly's Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Stakly and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Stakly to:

• Generate malicious code or malware
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or engage in phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Stakly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Stakly integrates with third-party services (e.g., GitHub, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stakly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
